Michalis Skitsas is a Creative Director at K-Studio. He received his Diploma in Architecture from National Technical University of Athens with Distinguished Merit and his Masters in Urban Design from Pratt Institute in New York with Distinction. Prior to joining K-Studio Michalis has collaborated with SU11 Architecture and Design in New York where he worked on projects of various scales, including receiving Honorable Mention for the Baltic Thermal Pool Park HMMD Competition entry. He has also taught as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Digital Instructor in Pratt’s Graduate program in Architecture, and at Citytech’s Architectural Technology Program as a Lecturer. He joined K-Studio as an Architect in 2015 and has completed several projects with significant success, leading to his appointment in 2018 as a Creative Director. He is currently leading teams in projects of various scales both in residential and hospitality. In addition, he is a published illustrator and frequent lecturer in advanced software classes, leading seminars in Rhino and Grasshopper.
