Architectures of Desire in Hotel Experience 2026

Hotel Experience 2026 gave us the opportunity to dive into a conversation that feels more vital than ever: what happens when emotion becomes a commodity, and AI takes part in every step of creation?

Dimitris Karampatakis engaged in a rich dialogue with Nikos Erinakis for “Architectures of Desire,” a panel discussion moderated by Danai Makri. Prompted by a simple story about an overlooked hotel hand lotion, the conversation evolved into a deep exploration of the routes between IQ and EQ, human craftsmanship, mortality, and the “void” in design, reminding us that hospitality spaces should invite people to genuinely participate in a living, evolving ecosystem rather than simply consume it.

Double Win for Elounda Hills at the IPAX European Property Awards 2026-2027

Elounda Hills has been honored with two 5-Star Awards at the IPAX European Property Awards 2026-2027. Organized by the International Property Awards, the project secured the top prize in the Best Hotel Development – Greece and Best Branded Residences -Greece categories. Adding to this achievement, Elounda Hills has also been nominated in both categories at the European level. Villa in Fanari featured in Mykonos Villas Vol. 6

We are so excited to have Villa in Fanari featured in the recently released “Mykonos Villas” Vol. 6 published by ek magazine.

The residence is set within an archetypal Cycladic landscape, where arid ground, steep rocky slopes and the persistent Aegean wind establish the framework for the project. A landscape of horizon and light, where architecture is not simply placed, but is required to align itself with the austerity and quiet intensity of its surroundings.
