We are so excited to have Villa in Fanari featured in the recently released “Mykonos Villas” Vol. 6 published by ek magazine.
The residence is set within an archetypal Cycladic landscape, where arid ground, steep rocky slopes and the persistent Aegean wind establish the framework for the project. A landscape of horizon and light, where architecture is not simply placed, but is required to align itself with the austerity and quiet intensity of its surroundings.

As part of KTIRIO magazine‘s 40th anniversary, we illustrated the July issue cover using the cyanotype technique, once used for architectural blueprints. Harnessing sunlight, we composed a scene that reflects growth in place, from place, and rooted in place – an expression of the enduring relationship between architecture, context, and belonging.

We are heading to Tirana to join Bread & Heart Festival‘s second edition, an encounter of global visionaries and local perspectives on hospitality, architecture and dialogue on the future.
Konstantinos Karampatakis will be part of a conversation that will attempt to give answers to the question: Can architects rewrite the tourism brief itself, transforming seasonal extraction into long-term ecological and social value?
The panel will take place on June 4th, at the Glass House, along with a full schedule of talks, discussions and exhibitions within the framework of the theme “Landscapes of Abundance”.
