One&Only Aesthesis, the revival of the Asteria historical complex in the Athenian Riviera, that was developed in collaboration with AUDO, A6Architects, Greenways and ASPA KST has been shortlisted in this year’s 100% Hotel Design Awards.

Earlier this Fall, Yinjispace, a platform dedicated to architecture, interior design, and urban planning, from a Chinese and global perspective, organized a study trip around Greece for group of designers and design enthusiasts.
We were happy to host this team in our Headquarters, in order to give them an insight to our studio space and ethos, just before they headed off to visit some of our most emblematic projects.

Following his keynote speech titled “Location, Location, Location”, Dimitris Karampatakis will read into the well-known mantra of the real-estate world alongside Serdar Kutucu (CEO of Slowness), Kostis Karatzas (Founder of The Greek Foundation and The Modernist), and Eva Papadaki (Founder of 10AM, 10AM Lofts, 10AM Apotheke) in pursuit of a “good practice” in hospitality development in order to showcase and elevate the unique inherent virtues of a destination.

We are thrilled to have Manna distinguished in the category Restoration/Renovation and will join the exhibition “The City and the World” inaugurated on 19th September in the newly expanded Contemporary Space Athens.
