One & Only Aesthesis has officially opened its doors to mark the beginning of a new chapter in the history of the Athenian Riviera.
It is an urban resort nestled in a wooded cove, 20 minutes drive from the centre of Athens, in the heart of the Athenian Riviera. The development stretches over 25 hectares of arboreal landscape incorporating a kilometer of coastline and three sandy beaches.
Aesthesis is the long-awaited revival of the legendary Asteria beach park, originally built in the 1950’s by the National Bank of Greece and the Greek National Tourism Organization as an effort to modernize the Greek touristic product of the time.
Grivalia Hospitality and One&Only Resorts invited a design team of three architectural practices; AUDO, A6A & K-Studio and interior designers MuzaLab, to take on the formidable task of regenerating the development of Asteria, bridging more than half a century of Greek hospitality history.

The annual expo of 100% Hotel Design Show has recognized our work with the honorary award of Architect of the Year.
We will be attending this year's expo on 18-20 November with our very own pavilion, celebrating our portfolio of projects in the hospitality sector, while on Saturday 18th November George Karampelas, Creative Director of the studio, will deliver a workshop on hotel experience design & branding.
