Senior Architect

Job Description

K-Studio is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our studio in Athens.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong design sensibilities, and fluency in creative thinking and problem-solving. To be considered, candidates should present three or more built works demonstrating their experience managing all project stages—from concept to construction.

At K-Studio, we are a creative team of architects and interior designers based in central Athens. As our work expands across larger scales and diverse typologies, we strive to translate this evolution into a more effective structure and a harmonious, collaborative studio environment.

Our contextual design approach allows us to create unique and immersive experiences across Architecture, Interior Design, and Hardscape Design, ensuring a cohesive and holistic result throughout every project.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years professional experience

5-year Architecture degree

High-level proficiency in Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite

High level proficiency in Revit

Experience with NOK and planning procedures

Experience across all stages of design and construction

Experience in Construction Documentation and on-site Construction Support

Proven project management experience, including team coordination and client/consultant communication

Experience across a variety of project scales (masterplanning – interior)

Experience in innovative hospitality and high-end residential projects

Proficiency in English

Studio-based position

Experience in the Following is a Plus

Postgraduate degree

Knowledge of Archicad

Key Areas of Responsibility

Overseeing and contributing to high-quality design across all project phases

Ensuring excellence in technical detailing and design development

Coordinating internal teams and external consultants

Supporting on-site implementation to maintain design integrity

Producing and reviewing advanced 2D and 3D work in Rhino or Revit
