The residence is set within an archetypal Cycladic landscape, where arid ground, steep rocky slopes and the persistent Aegean wind establish the framework for the project. A landscape of horizon and light, where architecture is not simply placed, but is required to align itself with the austerity and quiet intensity of its surroundings.
