Technical Architect

Job Description

K-Studio is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our studio in Athens.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who is proactive, well-organized, and meticulous. The ideal candidate has a passion for architectural detailing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and strong expertise in technical design and construction methods.

Our contextual approach focuses on creating unique and immersive experiences across Architecture, Interior Design, and Hardscape Design, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality result throughout every project.

Requirements

5-year Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)

Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification highly preferred

4+ years professional experience

Experience in technical design (architecture & interior)

Experience preparing tender packages (drawings, schedules, specifications)

Strong knowledge of planning regulations (NOK)

Experience in construction supervision, with understanding of industry standards

High-level knowledge of Rhino

High-level knowledge of Revit

Excellent English (spoken & written)

Key Areas of Responsibility

Overseeing the production of Construction Documents

Preparing and reviewing details and material specifications, ensuring technical accuracy

On-site presence to support high-quality implementation per project needs

Liaising with external consultants (structural, civil, mechanical engineers)

Coordinating with external sub-consultants as required

Acting as a crucial link between the Design and Construction teams

Representing the company in external meetings as assigned by management
