Junior Finance Analyst
Job Description
K-Studio is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join our team in Athens.
This role is dedicated to supporting the smooth operation of the studio’s financial and administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency across all accounting and project-related data.
We are a creative studio of architects and interior designers based in central Athens. Over the years we have grown and evolved into a dynamic team of talented creatives that share a passion for authentic and holistic design, along with a united goal to grow and learn at every opportunity.
As we continue to accumulate experience, expanding our knowledge and understanding across larger scales and a wider variety of typologies, it’s vital that this growth in our design abilities also translates into a more effective structure and harmonious flow in the daily life of the studio.

Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Professional experience with ERP systems, with a strong preference for Epsilon Net or SoftOne
High-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management
Capability to leverage AI tools for data analysis, organization, and process optimization
Fluency in Greek and English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
High-level understanding of accounting principles
Strong organizational and administrative skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage both digital and physical records
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude

Key Areas of Responsibility
Finance & Accounting Support
Maintain and organize the company’s accounting filing system (digital and physical)
Record invoices, expenses, and financial transactions in the accounting system
Assist in reconciling balances for Bank accounts, Suppliers and Customers
Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records
Ensure all financial and administrative documents are properly archived and easily accessible
Support audit preparation and document retrieval when required
Project Data Management
Maintain and update structured project data, including offers, agreements, and workmonth allocation
Ensure project financial and contractual data is accurate and up to date
Assist in standardizing and improving project data organization and workflows
Collaborate with design and operations teams to collect, verify, and update project information
Support the standardization and improvement of project data structures and workflows across the studio
